PURPOSE:To permit the horning with a work installed onto a machining center by shifting the tapered member of a horning tool in the axial direction by a grindstone expanding motor when the input shaft part of a revolution drive transmitting apparatus is fitted onto a main shaft. CONSTITUTION:The input shaft 41 of a horning work apparatus 20 is fitted onto the main shaft 16 of a main-shaft head 12 and fixed onto a chuck apparatus, and at the same time, a motor engaging shaft 61 projecting from a case 21 and a positioning pin 31 are engaged with the revolution shaft 17a of a grindstone expansion motor 17 and a fixed block 18, respectively, and the working apparatus 20 is installed onto the head 12. Then, the table of a work installing apparatus is transferred by setting the working apparatus 20 at the working position, and the top edge part of a horning tool 80 runs into the hole on the work, and the motor 17 is operated, and a feeding shaft 66 is revolved and shifted forward, and a grindstone expanding rod 82 is advanced, and a plurality of grindstones are pushed-out and pressed onto the inner peripheral surface of the hole, and the body 81 of the horning tool 80 is revolved by the revolution of the main shaft 16, and the inner peripheral surface of the hole is ground. |
