A first blade (2) has a continuous cutting edge (1) and a second blade (4) a toothed cutting edge (3). The two blades are held together by a screw (5). The side of each tooth nearest the screw has a protrusion (6). The protrusions have faces which slope away to clear the edge of the mating blade. The clearance faces of the protrusions reach down to the cutting edges of the teeth.
