PURPOSE:To obtain the formed product of high quality as well as the long time use of a device by absorbing the shock of a compression force with the spring pressing the piston of the sub-cylinder inside which is arranged at the upper part of a main cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The necessary pressing force is set by a setter 24 to actuate the servo motor 4 of a powder compression forming machine. The rotation of the servo motor 4 rotates a ball screw 6 and compresses the material M of the inside of a die 2 by a ram 8 and punch 13 via a ball nut 9. In this case, the reaction force of the pressing force of the punch 13 is caused at the end part of the ball screw shaft 6, this reaction force is received by a main piston 15 and main cylinder 16 and based on this reaction force an impact is caused on the material M, ball screw shaft 6, ball nut 9, and others. This impact is lightened by absorbing the movement of the oil to a small diameter sub-cylinder 17 from the main cylinder 16 by the spring 21 of the back of a sub-piston 18. The compression force of the spring 21 is set by the rotation of the screw 25 for adjustment and the detection of a correct pressing force is enabled. |
