PURPOSE:To utilize a digital display electronic timepiece for a yacht race, etc., conveniently by resetting a stopwatch by a time-up signal and switching display from a timer to the stop-watch. CONSTITUTION:When a switch SW1 is turned on, a clock CL1 is inputted to a switch timer 3 and the input of the CL1 is cut off by the output of the timer 3 a specific time later to set the same contents in a timer setting register 4 and a timer subtracting register 7 by a CL2. When the SW1 is turned off, the timer 3 is reset and the contents of the register 7 are displayed on a display body 18 as timer set time through a switching circuit 15 and a decoder 16. Then, once an SW2 is tuned on, the subtraction of the register 7 and the clocking of the stopwatch by a register 11 are both started and when the SW2 is turned on again, the time and stopwatch stop; when an SW3 is turned on, the timer is set to set time and the stopwatch is reset. When an SW4 is turned on, the contents of the register 11 are supplied to the display body 18 though the circuit 15. |
