PURPOSE:To heat even a pot consisting of a material having a small resistance rate with high efficiency by connecting an inverter circuit to a resonnance circuit through a transformer. CONSTITUTION:An inverter circuit 1 and a resonnance circuit 2 of an electromagnetic cooker including the inverter circuit 1, which rectifies a current from commercial power supply for being inverted into high frequency electric power, and the resonnance circuit 2 having a work coil for heating a pot are connected through a transformer 3. Accordingly, electric power to be supplied from the inverter circuit 1 is transformed by the transformer 3. At this time, current value to be supplied to the resonnance circuit increases by properly setting up a winding ratio of the transformer 3. Thereby, even the pot consisting of a material having a small electric resistance rate such as an aluminium pot and a copper pot can be heated with high efficiency. |
