PURPOSE:To facilitate the working of a hole to house an induction heating coil by holding a ceramic outside diameter reducing part, a tube guide part and a coil housing part in metallic cases. CONSTITUTION:A metallic tube 9 is heated by a heating coil housed in a die, an outside diameter is decreased by squeezing and the thickness is increased to form a thick-wall tube 10. For this purpose, the ceramic outside diameter reducing part 1, the tube guide part 2 and the coil housing part 3 are held in the metallic cases 4, 5. Consequently, it is possible to easily manufacture and assemble the dies. |
