PURPOSE:To display a seismic coefficient accurately by detecting the speed of oscillation caused by an earthquake and calculating wave motion energy from the speed. CONSTITUTION:A speed detector 21 detects the oscillation speed (v) at some point, an integrator 22 integrates it to calculate oscillation displacement (d), and a multiplier 23 calculates the product (e) of the speed (v) and displacement (d), so that this product (e) is proportional to the coefficient wave motion energy and therefore displayed on a display device 24. Further, the control operation of an elevator, etc., is controlled with a signal appearing at output terminals 26-29, and then proper control operation is performed. Then, a sensor which detects the speed or acceleration of oscillation due to an earthquake, etc., is detected and its output signal is only processed to calculate the coefficient of wave motion energy easily and accurately. |
