PURPOSE:To enable the changing of an angle of incidence through a simple operation, by a method wherein a plane mirror and a spherical mirror are caused to turn as a unitary body centering around the center of a photoaxis. CONSTITUTION:A spherical mirror 7 is attached to an end of an arm of a rotary member 5 so that the center thereof passes through a point P on a sample 3 and is positioned at a surface l crossing a photoaxis O at right angles. A plane mirror 8, mounted at the rotary member 5, directs inclined lights 1, proceeding along the photoaxis O, to the spherical mirror 7. The rotary member 5 is turned centering around the photoaxis O by means of a gear 12, installed at the rotary member 5, and a worm 13 engaging the gear, and thereby the plane mirror 8 and the spherical mirror 7 rotate centering around the photoaxis O following the rotation of the rotary member. Thus, even if the angle theta of incidence is varied through the turn of the worm 13, an irradiation position of an incident light is not shifted from the point P. This permits the changing of the angle of incidence through the simple operation to turn the worm 13.
|
