PURPOSE:To make the title cushion pad superior in posture holding properties and cushioning properties without having dispersion in those properties and improve adhesion between an insert material and foam on the circumference of the insert material, by a method wherein the insert material is formed of an in-mold foam molded body of polyolefin resin whose strain compression strength is specific, and adhesion-giving treatment of the surface is performed. CONSTITUTION:A seat for which this cushion pad is constituted of a back rest A, a seat B, the back part 3, a seat 4, a back rest side protrusion 5 and a seat side protrusion 6. 25% strain compression strength of a polyolefin resin in-mold foam molded body to be used as an insert material 2 is 0.5-2kg/cm<2>. Adhesion giving treatment such as corona discharge treatment or coating of an anchor coat agent is performed to the surface of the polyolefin resin in-mold foam molded body. The insert material 2 is fixed to a fixed position of a foam molding tool, a stock solution of foaming synthetic resin is cast into a foam molding tool and a pad material is formed by performing foam molding under a fixed foaming condition. |
