PURPOSE:To quickly transfer significant alarm information desiring monitor to an alarm display device by suppressing the transfer of only specific alarm information in optical transmitter to a high-order supervisory and controlling equipment in the case of receiving a command from the alarm display device via the high-order supervisory and controlling equipment. CONSTITUTION:When chattering occurs in a certain kind of alarm in the optical transmitter 4(1), a user detecting the above phenomena by the alarm display device 1 transfers the command from the alarm display device 1 to a low-order supervisory and controlling equipment 3(1) via the high-order supervisory and controlling equipment 2. Thereby, a specific alarm information transfer suppression part is operated, and the occurrence of an alarm and the transfer of recovery information from the low-order supervisory and controlling equipment 3(1) are suppressed. Consequently, the significant alarm information can be quickly transferred to the alarm display device 1 via the high-order supervisory and controlling equipment by the low-order supervisory and controlling equipment 3(2) or 3(3) when a significant alarm occurs in another optical transmitter 4(2) or 4(3). |
