PURPOSE: To repeatedly and automatically perform all cycles of necessary operations by disposing a robot between a rotating table and a magazine and adjusting the fixing elements of a pallet and holding and moving clamping parts by its holding devices. CONSTITUTION: A robot 13 is moved in X and Y directions along a horizontal member 59 and a guide 60, a vertically slidable operation device 150 pulls out a drawer 56 of a magazine 12 with holder 63 and 65 and holdingly takes out the module component parts of a clamping device, and moves it on a pallet 5 placed on a rotating table 7. Then the fixing elements of the module component parts are screwed into a plurality of specified clamping nuts of the pallet 5, their height is adjusted, this operation is repeated so as to prepare the pallet 5 for setting desired parts. Thus all operations can be performed automatically. |
