PURPOSE:To facilitate adding high grinding pressure in such a way that grinding pressure is loaded by deformation of a plate spring. CONSTITUTION:A holder 2 for sample pan of a sample part to be grounded is attached revolvable through a bearing 3 for holder rotary shaft to a spacer 6 of a plate spring 5. Both ends of the plate spring 5 are connected to each other by spacers 6, 7, and the part of the spacer 7 can be interlocked only in the up and down directions to a disc nut 11 which is screwed with a support catch 13. Connection of the plate spring 5 to the disc nut 11 is done through an L-letter shaped engaging piece 10 by forming an L-letter shaped annular groove 16 in its section into the disc nut 11. In consequence, at the same time as big load can be applied, absorption of up and down fluctuation of a fixer can be easily done. |
