<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by installing a means for outputting a work transport enable signal in simulation by a manual operation onto each machine tool. CONSTITUTION:When a trouble is generated on an automatic machine tool 3B, and a work transport enable signal is not outputted from a sequencer 5, a lamp 9 of the control box 6 of a machine 3B does not come ON, and the fact that the work transport enable signal is not outputted from the machine 3B is known. When a pushing button 8 installed onto the control box 6 of the machine 3 is pushing-operated, the work transport enable signal which is inputted into the sequencer 5 of the machine 3 by the closure of a relay contact 7a is inputted in simulation into the sequencer 5 by the closing operation of the pushing button 8. Therefore, a stopper 5 arranged between the machine tools 3A and 3B is retreat-operated, and the work 2 is transported into the machine 3B, and also the transport of the work 2 into the machine tools arranged in the preceding processes to the machine 3A is enabled.</p> |
