PURPOSE: To facilitate the processing of a video signal and a scanning signal and to simplify a signal driver by placing a horizontal part of a source bus line in a lateral direction of a thin film transistor(TR) and connecting only one color pixel to an element of the thin film TR to be adjusted. CONSTITUTION: When a thin film TR11 is turned on/off by a scanning signal applied to a gate projection electrode 14 through a gate bus line 17, a voltage is selectively applied to a pixel electrode 12 to polarize the liquid crystal display. In this point, a video signal with respect to a red color R, a green color G and a blue color B corresponding to the pixel electrodes 12 whose liquid crystal is polarized is reproduced through a screen. In this case, since the source bus line 18 is connected to a source projection electrode 13 of the thin film TR 11, only one color of video signal is delivered through the source bus line 18. Thus, the processing of the video signal and the scanning signal is simplified. |
