PURPOSE:To produce an electrode structure with little occurrence of black spot type screen defects under a few work process by dripping a nessler's solution on the inside surface of a bulb so as to form nessler's coating films for lead nessler's electrodes and connection nessler's electrodes and by heating them after removing unnecessary portions. CONSTITUTION:A certain amount of a nessler's solution is dripped on the inside surface 8 of a bulb from a nozzle 14a so as to be flown for coating on the inside surface 8 of the inclined bulb 6, resulting in the formation of a nessler's coating film 15a for a lead nessler's electrode. Next, the bulb 6 is turned by 180 deg., and a nessler's coating film 15 for a lead nessler's electrode is formed in the same manner. Next, a certain amount of a nessler's solution is dripped on the inside surface 8 from a nozzle on the opposite side, and a nessler's coating film 16a for a connection nessler's electrode is formed by turning the bulb 6 so as to connect coating films 15a, 16b together. Next, the bulb 6 is inclined so as to flow out the nessler's solution from the inside surface 8 and to form a nessler's coating film 16b for a connection nessler's electrode. Next, after the unnecessary portions of the films 15a, 15b are removed by use of a cloth soaked with a solvent, they are heated to make up a nessler's electrode structure of a camera tube. |
