PURPOSE:To obtain a small and long-life mechanical type sector-shaped ultrasonic wave probe by providing a rotary coil on the side of a rotary support or a transmission means and a stationary coil on the internal surface of the first or second case facing the rotary coil. CONSTITUTION:A pair of thin flat opposed type rotary transformer are made up of a stationary coil 30a, a rotary coil 30b rotating with a rotary support 10 and a magnetic core 33 for magnetic shielding. Likewise, additioned two thin flat opposed type rotary transformers are made up of a stationary coil 31a, a rotary coil 31b and a magnetic core 33 and a stationary coil 32a, a rotary coil 32b and a magnetic core 33 to correspond to piezo-electric vibrators 20a, 20b and 20c. The rotary coils 30b and 31b are buried into the side of the rotary support 10, while rotary coil 32b mounted on the side of a pulley 60. The stationary coil 30a is buried into the internal side of a container 50 filled with an ultrasonic propagation medium and the stationary coils 31a and 32a done into the internal surface of a probe case 55. |
