PURPOSE: To prevent mixed contamination by disposing a closure member having a spherical plug between a branch part and an opening and forming this spherical plug so as to pass through a cylindrical internal cavity. CONSTITUTION: The closure member 10 having the spherical plug 11 is installed between a main body 2 and the branch part 5. The spherical plug 11 of the closure member 10 is so constituted as to be rotatable around the axis of the branch part 5. The displacement quantity expelled when the spherical plug 11 rotates is substantially completely closed in the extension part on the inside surface of the main body 2. The closure member 10 and the spherical plug 11 operate in association with an air controller 17. The branch part 5 and the internal cavity 4 of the spherical plug 11 are so formed as to be scraper cleaned at need. As a result, the contamination may be prevented. |
