PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a daily report by automatically recording the time data of start and end and passing time data for each daily report item, which is inputted by writing, and printing out the daily report. CONSTITUTION:A whole tablet input recorder 1 is compactly constituted so as to be portable and a time data input means is provided to store the respective time data of the start and end for each written data into a storage part 40C based on key operation. Then, ID data for personal recognition are provided. In a printer 30, a printing means is provided to print out the written data together with the time data and ID data according to a prescribed format. Thus, the recorder can be made portable to a visiting destination and used easily and further, when the contents of the daily report are written, the time data can be recorded and printed out together. Then, the exactness and reliability of the various daily reports can be improved. |
