PURPOSE:To dispense with preparation of a large number of stretch elements being different in size and to reduce the cost of the stretch element by a construction wherein a holding element holds the stretch element at two desired places and a pair of electrodes are connected to the two places of the stretch element held by the holding element, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A stretch element 11 is wound round in one cycle on the penis of a subject, and the opposite ends of an annular part of the stretch element 11 are fitted in the corresponding groove of a plate-shaped member 18 respectively. On the occasion, projections 20 into the groove pierce an insulating part of the stretch element 11 and the fore ends thereof reach a conductive part 15. Then a metal plate 21 and the conductive part 15 of the stretch element 11 are put in a conductive state. A measurer superposes a plate-shaped member 17 on the plate-shaped member 18 subsequently. On the occasion, projections 20 into two grooves provided in the member 17 pierce the insulating part 16 of the stretch element 11 and the fore ends thereof reach the conductive part 15. When the members 17 and 18 are made to engage with each other by an engaging fitting, the stretch element 11 are held by and between the members 17 and 18. Subsequently, the measurer executes adjustment of an impedance detection circuit. |
