PURPOSE:To perform the dynamic definition of fuzzy knowledge by providing a knowledge change function to change the fuzzy knowledge, and a control function capable of calling both the knowledge change function and a fuzzy inference execution function. CONSTITUTION:The control function 120 starts up the knowledge change function 111, the inference execution function 130, an inference generation function 143, and an inference process readout function 142 according to a processing procedure assembled in advance. A knowledge storage part 121 stores the fuzzy knowledge in a form easy to process by a computer. The knowledge change function 111 changes the knowledge storage part 121 and a knowledge base 110, and the inference execution function 130 executes the fuzzy inference based on the knowledge storage part 121, and outputs an inference process to an inference process storage part 141. Therefore, the control function 120 is operated so as to call the knowledge change function and the inference execution function. In such a way, it is possible to perform the inference based on defined knowledge after dynamically defining and changing knowledge.
