PURPOSE:To obtain a required hot-water temperature simply by a method wherein the sending pipe of a cistern is connected to a heat collector and a hot-water outlet cock through a mixing valve and a hot-water circulating and supplying pump while the sending pipe of a hot-water reserving tank, to which a returning pipe from the heat collector is connected, is connected at the other inflow port of the mixing valve. CONSTITUTION:When the collection of heat is started under a condition that there is no water in the hot-water reserving tank 16, a solenoid valve 24 is closed, the same valve 20 is opened, cool water from the cistern 15 is sent to the heat collector 2 by the operation of the pump 10 through an orifice 21 at a low flow speed and heated high-temperature hot-water is reserved into the hot-water reserving tank 16 through a returning pipe 22. Upon discharging the hot- water, the hot-water outlet cock 14 is opened, then, the pump 10 is operated by the detection of a flow amount sensor 27 and the solenoid valve 24 is opened to discharge the high-temperature water in the hot-water reseving tank 16. At this time, in case the hot water of lower temperature is desired to be discharged, the set temperature of the mixing valve 19 is lowered to mix the cool water in the cistern 15. When the hot-water having a temperature higher than the same of the reserved hot-water is desired to be obtained, the hot-water is heated and the temperature thereof is elevated by a heat source unit 26 and thereafter the hot-water is discharged. Thus, the desired hot-water temperature may be obtained with a good operability. |
