PURPOSE:To obtain a direction sensor which is capable of detecting an exact direction even in case when a magnetic field is put into disorder by a disturbance from the outside, by placing sensors having directivity, of a multiple number of 4, on the circumference. CONSTITUTION:A sensor part is constituted of a sensor group SN consisting of sensors S1-S4n and amplifiers D1-D4n for amplifying output signals from the sensor group SN and executing a correction. A disturbance detecting part is constituted of adders E1-E2n for adding signals d1-d4n from the sensor part in such a way as d1 and d2n+1, and d2 and d2n+2, absolute value amplifiers F1- F2n for amplifying an absolute value of its output, an adder G for adding all the outputs of F1-F2n, and a comparator H for deciding whether an output signal of the adder G is ''0'' or not, and an output signal Sc shows whether a disturbance from the outisde exists or not. In this way, such a complicated operation as detects a disturbance by seeing a variation of a direction before and behind a place where the disturbance exists becomes unnecessary, and the disturbance can be detected exactly. |
