<p>A one-time programmable semiconductor device is obtained by moulding a plastics material onto an ultraviolet rays erasion type EPROM semiconductor chip. In the ultraviolet rays, a transparent resin film is inserted between the semiconductor chip and the plastics material so as to cover a portion or the whole of the surface of the semiconductor chip except for the surface of wire bonding electrodes.</p> |
