<p>PURPOSE:To easily and surely made a mold of complicated shape by arranging a rectangular frame body to a blow plate in a blow head as freely ascending/ descending and also fixing a pressing plate boring gas vent holes at outside of the blow head. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 12 for raising flask is descended and a squeeze cylinder 8 is ascended to pressing-contact the raising flask 10 with a casting flask 11. By shrinking a cylinder 16 for blow head, the blow head 1 is descended, and molding sand together with compressed air from a compressed air supplying hole 3 are blown into the raising flask 10 and casting flask 11 from the blow plate 6. The molding sand is moved through gap between the rectangular frame body 17, and packed into every corners in the raising flask and casting flask, and the compressed air is caused to flow through the casting flask, raising flask and gas vent holes 14 in the pressing plate 13 in order and discharged to the outside air. At the time of ascending a pattern surface plate 9 by ascending the blow plate 6 in the blow head 1 to the pressing plate face 13, the molding sand near the raising flask and casting flask is packed at high density. By this method, packing of the molding sand even in the complicated shape, can be uniformly executed over the whole casting flask.</p> |
