<p>The method relates to inorganic chemistry. The method provides for preparation of a powder mixture containing a transition metal, a non-metal, an inert filler and an activator, immersion of the article to be treated in the mixture and placing of the latter in an oxygen-free medium with its subsequent thermal treatment in said medium which is carried out in a burning regime locally initiated in the powder mixture.</p> |
