PURPOSE:To improve the control accuracy of the speed change characteristic by suspending a control using acceleration information during speed change action of an automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION:In a speed change start detecting means, from the result of referring to a speed change pattern being based on a car speed V and a throttle opening TVO, when a speed change is decided to predetermined speed change ratio, simultaneously with this speed change decided, a speed change signal SEL, showing the predetermined speed change ratio, is output to a valve controller 11. When an output of this speed change signal SBL is detected, a speed change process is executed after starting a timer counting the predetermined time, and the predetermined time is decided for whether or not it passes by inspecting the above described timer. When the timer counts a time within the predetermined time, a signal lambdaINH, inhibiting execution of a running resistance arithmetic process, is output to a subcontrol device 20. |
