PURPOSE:To always secure the proper belt position for a driver by installing a belt taking-up device into a car body front panel under a seat cushion and installing a means for installing the pulled-out edge of a belt onto the car inner side of a seat back. CONSTITUTION:When a driver uses a seat belt 7, a buckle 8 arranged between a belt guide 4 installed on the car inner side of a seat cushion 2 and the upper edge plate 9 of a seat back frame 1 is pulled, and installed onto a demountable device 10 installed on the car outer side of the seat cushion 2. At this time, the seat belt 7 is pulled out from a taking-up device 6. When the driver adjusts the longitudinal part of the seat 2 and the angle of the seat back 1, the belt guide 4 and the demountable device 10 are shifted in the longitudinal direction, together with the seat 2, and the plate 9 is shifted in the longitudinal direction, together with the seat back 1. Therefore, the seat belt 7 can be held always at the optimum position for the driver. |
