PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble that a driver on a front seat is pressed, by installing a belt locking means for suppressing the shift in the taking-up direction due to the retractor of the seat belt in the opening operation of a rear door, onto a guide member for rearward guiding the seat belt which passes through the shoulder part of the driver. CONSTITUTION:The shoulder belt part of a seat belt 2 which a driver takes is inserted into the first belt guide 7 installed on the upper side part of the car outer side of the seat back 3a of a front seat 3, and then passes through the second belt guide installed onto the front edge part upper part of a rear door and is introduced into the rear door and taken up onto a retractor. In this case, a belt locking lever 33 is pivotally installed 34 in parallel to the upper side of an insertion hole 26a which has a nearly triangular shape and is formed on the body 26 of the first belt guide 7, and the top edge of the rod 35b of a solenoid 35 is pivotally installed onto an arm part 33c which is installed integrally with the belt locking lever 33. When the rear door 8 is to be opened, the seat belt 2 is nipped and locked between the lever 33 and a base part 38 by exciting the solenoid 35. |
