PURPOSE:To maintain the interior of a heat releasing side sealed tank at an optimum temperature to return the operating liquid in a short period of time by providing a heat releasing section having a fan and an air delivery rate control means of said fan. CONSTITUTION:The operating liquid 19 which has been heated and vaporized in a heating side sealed block 12 passes through a transmission pipe 16 to a heat releasing section 13, where it is liquefied by releasing the latent heat of condensation, and is forced into a liquid pipe 14. When the temperature in a heat releasing side sealed tank 17 becomes abnormally low due to the heat releasing load fluctuation, the air delivery rate of a fan 15 is controlled to become low by the signal from a temperature detecting means 20. As a result, the rate of heat release from the heat releasing section 13 is reduced, and the temperature of the operating liquid entering the tank 17 increases. Once the normal temperature is regained, the air delivery rate of the fan is controlled to return to the original level. Therefore, the tank 17 is always maintained at a constant temperature. When a heating mode is terminated and a return mode is assumed, the tank 17 maintains an amply high pressure. When the temperature in the sealed block 12 becomes lower than that of the tank 17, the pressure is reversed to return the operating liquid in the tank 17 to the heating side sealed tank 9 in a short period of time. |
