PURPOSE:To judge quality of baking at a glance by using silicon resin as a main component of adhesive and including a temperature marker of the silicon resin therein. CONSTITUTION:A discolouring material whose colour varies at the hardening temperature of a silicon resin is mixed, as a temperature marker, into a base adhesive having silicon resin as a main adhesive component. Materials, such as, silicon resin, powder of calcium carbonate, cobalt phosphate (discolouring material) and xylene are mixed and kneaded together to be prepared in a paste adhesive. When the adhesive is charged in a base for a bulb and the base is then attached to a lamp bulb body for general illumination and is heated in a specified baking condition, the adhesive changes its color from light red to light blue due to discolouration of cobalt phosphate and is preferably hardened. This results in sufficient adhesive strength and a good lamp characteristic. Accordingly, good baking can be detected by variation of the colour of the adhesive in the case of adhesion of the base. |
