PURPOSE:To obtain the composition which is large in dielectric constant and small in dielectric loss and good in the temp. characteristics of dielectric constant and to allow these to be balanced at a high dimension by incorporating CuO into composition consisting of SrTiO3, Bi2O3, Pb3O4 and MgCl2 at a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric porcelain composition is obtained by adding 0.1-1.0wt.% CuO to composition 100 consisting of by weight 43.7-46.9% SrTiO3, 9.2-13.1% TiO2, 22.1-26.0% Bi2O3, 11.6-14.0% Pb3O4 and 7.7-9.8% MgCl2.6H2O. |
