<p>PURPOSE:To enable to present continuous pattern in different colors by a method wherein a spacing strip consisting of a substance having a mold release property to synthetic resin is set at the predetermined portion of a hole provided in the plate- like part of a product in order to divided the interior of the hole into a plurality of spaces. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a through hole or blind hole 3 is provided on the plate-like part of a metallic product for accessories 1. Secondly, a substance having a mold release property to synthetic resin such as rubber, silicone or the like formed in the predetermined shape or spacing strip 2 made of a metallic plate, which is formed in the predetermined shape and on the outer periphery of which a mold release agent is coated, is set at the predetermined portion of the hole 3 in order to divide the interior of the hole into a plurality of shapes, in each of which ultraviolet-curing or thermosetting resin with different color is filled. After the solidification of the resin, the spacing strip is removed and ultraviolet-curing or thermosetting resin with different color is filled in the space, from which the spacing strip is removed. After the solidification of the resin, the surface of the whole resins is baked and ground.</p> |
