摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable simple and high-efficient boiling of water in a hot water storage tank by a method wherein a circulating circuit in which a pump is located is formed in the vicinity of the heating source of the hot water storage tank, and when it is detected by a level sensor that a level in the hot water storage tank exceeds a given value, forced convection is generated in the hot water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:When a hot water temperature TH in a hot water storage tank 1 is below a second set temperature T2, the supply of water is stopped. When the hot water temperature TH in the hot water storage tank 1 exceeds the second set temperature T2, a level HW in the hot water storage tank 1 held as it is compared with a set level H1. When the level HW in the hot water storage tank 1 exceeds the set level H1, a solenoid on-off valve 12 is opened and a pump 11 is run to generate forced convection in the hot water storage tank 1, and a similar motion described above is repeated. By generating forced convection in a similar manner described above when a level exceeds a given value, hot water can be supplied at a hot water temperature at which hot water can be used at any time, and the heat transfer efficiency of the heating source 2 can be improved.</p>
