PURPOSE:To ensure an output instruction of a business form regardless of the state of an output device by using a retry control means to automatically repeat the acquisition of an output device even though the first acquisition of the input device fails. CONSTITUTION:A 1st auxiliary storage 1-2 stores the business form attributes including the output device name for a produced business form, etc., and a 2nd auxiliary storage 1-3 stores the produced business form. An output control means 1-7 acquires an output device 1-12 and outputs a business form when the production of the business form is informed by a business form production informing means 1-1. A retry control means 1-6 gives an opportunity again to the means 1-7 when the means 1-7 fails the first acquisition of the output device. As a result, the acquisition of the output device is automatically repeated although the first acquisition fails. Thus an output instruction is carried out for the business form regardless of the state of the output device. Then the load of an operator is reduced.
