PURPOSE:To make the title bolt into high strength, by a method wherein a prepreg sheet formed by lining up a large number of FRP long-sized fibers, into which thermoplastic resin is infiltrated, in a row is wound round cylindrically and the same is molded into the bolt by pressurization through heating of an upper and lower molding tools having a processing surface of the bolt. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg sheet 5 formed by lining up a large number of FRP long-sized fibers, into which thermoplastic resin is infiltrated, in a row is wound round cylindrically. The prepreg sheet 5 wound round cylindrically is filled into a proceeding surface between an upper and lower molding tools 1, 2 and the same is heated on the side of the tools 1, 2 by an electric heater or an infrared furnace. A bolt is formed by pressurizing the tools 1, 2 under the heating state. A hexagonal hole is formed further into a head part of the bolt by pressing in a blanking punch 4. After cooling the tools 1, 2, the blanking punch 3 and upper molding tool 1 are returned, an ejector 4 is projected and a product is taken out through the lower molding tool 2. |
