PURPOSE:To enable prevention of the occurrence of the full steer state of rear wheels during failure in operation of a sensor by providing a means to decide whether or not a change amount of an output after elapse of a given time from the actual steering angle sensor of a car speed sensor exceeds a value within a given range and fix a control target value when it exceeds the value in the given range. CONSTITUTION:In a truck having two rear shafts of the one being a rear front shaft 13 being a drive shaft and the other being a rear shaft 14 being a driven shaft and a device to steer rear wheels in a way that two rear shafts 13 and 14 are both turned through left and right torque rods 26 and 27 by controlling drive of a hydraulic cylinder 33, the feed and discharge of an oil pressure to and from the hydraulic cylinder 33 are controlled through a servo valve 48 controlled by a computer 61 for control. The computer 61 calculates a rear wheel steering angle according to outputs from a front wheel actual steering angle sensor 62 and a car speed sensor 63. In this case, the computer 61 decides whether or not a change amount of a car speed detecting value after elapse of a given time exceeds a value within a given range, and when it exceeds the value within the given range, a control target value is fixed. |
