PURPOSE:To remove a connecting portion easily and without damaging a window plate, following the removal of a protective member by injection-molding the synthetic resin-made connecting portion for forming a frame part and a fastener holding part in a continuous shape through a process of passing them over the plate surface of a protective member. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing, a protective member 6 is firstly interposed between a frame portion 2 formed on the peripheral edge of a window plate 1 and the base portion 3c of a fastener 3 installed on the inward side of the plate surface of the window plate 1, and they are assembled in a pair of molds 10, 13. Next, liquid type synthetic resin is made to passe over the plate surface of the protective member 6 to be injected and charged in a cavity so as to form the frame portion 2 made continuous through the protective member 6 to the peripheral surface of the window plate 1 and the mounted surface of the fastener 3, and the holding portion 4 of the fastener base portion 3c. After hardening the synthetic resin and removing the window plate 1 from the molds, the protective member 6 is removed from the window plate 1 to remove the connecting portion 7 made of synthetic resin. |
