PURPOSE:To obtain a cushion excellent in rolling rigidity as a seat and suitable for a motorcar, etc. by a method wherein expandable resin material coated with expandable liquid is molded, then, a cushion is expanded by core material made by expanding the expandable liquid. CONSTITUTION:Expandable liquid (preferably, resin of the same quality with resin material 1) 2 is applied to the surface of the expandable resin material 1 such as polyurethane foam, etc., the expandable resin material is molded in the specified shape and the expandable liquid 2 is expanded to form cushion core material 3. Then, said core material 3 is set in expansion mold 4, cushion expanding liquid (preferably, of the same quality with the core material 3) is injected into the mold and expanded to form a cushion 5 having the core material 3 inside. EFFECT:This cushion thus obtained is improved in hold properties, durability, of light weight, without uncomfortable feeling to the user. It does not damage skin leather, etc., because no wire etc. are used. |
