PURPOSE:To simply and certainly perform the hemostasis due to the local injection of a medical fluid and the hemostatis to the re-bleeding from a needle hole due to the pulling-out of a needle after the local injection of the medical fluid by one hemostatic jig by mounting the electrode having a lumen mounted to the rear end of a flexible outer sheath and inner and outer sheath parts composed of a flexible conductive member. CONSTITUTION:In this hemostatic jig 1 for an endoscope, the inner sheath part 2 inserted in the inner lumen of an outer sheath 2 is slidable in a forward and rearward direction with respect to the outer sheath part 2 and a tube needle 14 can be allowed to protrude and withdraw from the leading end of a tip 7. A syringe is connected to a liquid feed cap 15 and a medical fluid such as alcohol can be fed from the tube needle 14 through a flexible sheath 13. Further, the terminal 12 of an electrode 9 is connected to a high frequency power supply and a high frequency current can be supplied to the chip 7 through a flexible conductive member 11. Therefore, by thrusting the tube needly 14 in the affected part to locally inject the medical fluid in said affected part, the bleeding from the affected part can be stopped. After the local injection of the medical fluid, the leading end of the tip 7 is pressed to the affected part and a high frequency current is supplied to the tip 7 to make it possible to perform high frequency coagulation and hemostasis. |
