EXAMPLE:N,N-Dimethyl-N-hexylammonioethyl(meth)acrylate bromide. USE:A synthetic intermediate of anticoagulating material used as a constitutional material for artificial vessel, artificial heart, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula III or IV and compound expressed by the formula R4X are added to a solvent such as dimethylformamide, etc. and dissolved in the solvent. A polymerization inhibitor such as dibutylhydroxytolene, etc., is further added to the solution and dissolved in the solution and the solution is reacted under heating at 60-80 deg.C for several hr - several ten hr to provide a compound expressed by formula I or II.
