Each kind of tools has a connection head (5) which can be connected to the take-up means (1) and carries the tools (needles (13) and/or knives (14)). All connection heads (5) are formed equal to each other and have openings (25) for the needles (13), through which openings the brine streams. Thereby the pickling machine can be used also as a tenderizer (FIG. 4). |
