<p>The dispensing container with flexible liner according to the invention comprises a body made of metal or plastic material or metal-plastic complex (7, 15) and a head made from plastic material characterised in that the latter is connected continuously to a flexible liner (12) substantially having the inside shape of the casing (7) and comprises a part in the shape of a dome (4) connected in a sealed manner by its base (5) to the opening of the casing (10). The liner can comprise lateral longitudinal and/or radial ribs or portions of excess thickness. A method for obtaining the claimed dispenser consists: a) in forming by moulding or injection a preform from thermoplastic material comprising a dome with a neck (or opening) at its upper part on which the product dispensing system will be fixed, and means of connecting to the body of the casing of the dispenser, situated at the bottom of the dome and a base which is preferably hollow or in the shape of a glove finger integral and continuous with the rest of the part, b) in heating the base of the preform to a softening temperature for the double drawing of the thermoplastic material used, c) in placing this preform in contact with the dispenser casing by its means of connection, b) in mechanically drawing and inflating the liner from the base until it occupies a significant proportion of the interior volume of the casing, e) and in ensuring the connection of the preform to the casing by means known in the prior art such as gluing, crimping, friction or "rotation" welding, HF induction welding, etc. Operations d) and e) can be interchanged or concomitant. <IMAGE></p> |
