PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble of insertion of a chaplet by planting the chaplet for internal chill on surface of a pattern for reversal, which has elasticity higher than that of molding material, charging the molding material and shifting the chaplet for internal chill to the mold at the same time of reversing the shape. CONSTITUTION:A metallic mold for forming tire is cast in the mold 8. At the time of manufacturing this mold 8, after planting the chaplet 5 for internal chill on the surface of the pattern (rubber pattern) 4 for reversal composed of the material, which has the elasticity higher than that of the molding material 7, the molding material 7 is charged. The chaplet 5 for internal chill is shifted to the mold 8 at the same time of reversing the shape. By this method, crack of the mold surface at the time of planting the chaplet 5 can be prevented. |
