发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORMING ANTIREFLECTION FILM TO PERIPHERAL PART OF LENS
摘要 PURPOSE:To subject the peripheral part of a lens to an antireflection film treatment with high accuracy and with the uniform antireflection film layer without generating pinholes and unequal coating by electrically transferring the antireflection film to the peripheral part of the lens by using an elastic blade type energizing electrode and an ink ribbon having an exothermic layer. CONSTITUTION:An energizing electrode head 2 is brought into contact with the ink layer 11 of the ink ribbon 5 from the opposite side face under 100g/cm to 5kg/cm line pressure for pressurized contact and the ink layer 11 of the ink ribbon 5 is pressed to the part to be coated of the lens 8. Since the energizing electrode 22 is provided on the elastic material 21, the generation of a contact defect between the electrode 22 and the ink ribbon material 5 is obviated even if the part to be coated of the lens 8 has surface ruggedness and curved surfaces. Uniform heat generation is obtd. by the calorific value of in the ink ribbon. The hot meltable ink layer 11 is able to easily transfer the ink to the peripheral part of the lens which is rigid and has a rough surface without generating the pinholes.
