PURPOSE:To have a high-speed, high-prcision control of an actuator (wire guide) working in a flyer rotary system of a flyer type winding machine, with a small- sized arrangement, by controlling the actuator through a drive shaft inserted in a hollow, rotary spindle. CONSTITUTION:In an arrangement in which a wire 6 is wound round an armature core 7 through the action of a rotating flyer 1, the flyer 1 is fixed to the periphery of the tip of hollow, rotary spindle 2. Drive shafts 16, 17 in double construction are slidably fitted to the hollow of said spindle 2, and the slide given by cylinders 21, 22 on the shafts 16, 17 puts actuators 15, 15' in operation as a wire guide with the aid of facial plates 23', 24' and levers 27, 27'. In order to make location of these actuators 15, 15', stoppers 30, 30' are installed, which are driven by pulse motors 28, 28' and rotate lead screws 29, 29' so as to specify the advancing or retracting position, whereby the facial plates 23, 24, i.e. actuators 15, 15', are located in their respective places. |
