The support (1) for two fluorescent tubes (10) under parabolic reflectors (9) is fitted with a bracket (4) whose fixed end (5) passes through a slot in a traverse (3) to which it is turned over and secured. The free end (6) passes through two slots (15,17) in a horizontal clamp (7). The vertical portion of the bracket (4) transfers the wt. of the lampholder to the traverse (3) across an aperture in the ceiling (2), allowing the unit to be lifted but not to fall. ADVANTAGE - No tool required after bracket has been fitted to clamp.
