MANUFACTURE AND ITS DEVICE FOR LAMINATED SHEET WITH DEPRESSURIZING SEMI-CONTINUOUS PRESS

PURPOSE:To make handling of a laminated sheet easy by eliminating substantially generation of a defect such as generation of a void, by a method wherein vacuum pretreatment and depressurization pressing in succession are performed. CONSTITUTION:Precombined laminated material set is carried into a vacuum chamber A. Then the set is loaded onto a fixed position between hot platens of a press machine B by a transfer device D under depressurization of a degree of vacuum of not exceeding 100Torr at a temperature of not exceeding the melting temperature of infiltrating resin into a prepreg and then a space between the hot platens is closed, pressurized and press-molded for a fixed period of time. Then pressure of a press is released, the laminated sheet press-molded by the transfer device D is transferred to a taking-out chamber C and then the laminated sheet is carried outside through the taking-out port of the taking- out chamber C. During this taking-out, the next laminated material set is carried into the prevacuum chamber A and depressurization is started. The laminated sheet is manufactured continuously by repeating an operation like this.
