PURPOSE: To guide the steam flow to rotatable blades extending in the radial direction over an outer blade ring by forming a steam flow guide surface from the outer blade ring for supporting a row of stationary blades, a support ring for supporting it, and a spacer ring. CONSTITUTION: An outer blade ring 64 is provided with a generally conical steam flow slide surface 70 for supporting stationary blades 38 extending in the radial direction and outwardly guiding the steam flow 30 when the steam flow 30 flows through the stationary blades 38. Moreover, a support ring 66 is fixedly attached in a casing 14 in a state where it is radially arranged around the outer blades ring 64, and it is provided with a steam flow guide surface 72 for supporting the outer blade ring 64 and extended outwardly from the steam flow guide surface 70. A spacer ring 84 is adjacent to the support ring 66 and has a steam flow guide surface 86 outwardly extending from the steam flow guide surface 72. The steam flow 30 can be guided to the rotational blades 42 radially extending over the outer blade ring 64 by these steam flow guide surfaces 70, 72 and 86.
