PURPOSE:To eliminate bad influence caused by water droplets to smoothly perform the open operation of a shutter plate so as to make a closing sound silent by integrally forming the device so that a stopper comes to a linear touch or a point touch with the shutter plate at the lower part of a shutter support while allowing a rapping hole for its formation to communicate with the inside and outside of a support frame. CONSTITUTION:A shutter frame 15 is formed so that a rectangular shutter frame part 18 for communicating with an inserted cylinder part 16 can be projected outdoors. A stopper 22 for stopping a lower blocking shutter plate 19 at a closed position is integrally formed at two places of both sides of a lower side part of the shutter frame part 18, and a part abutting to the shutter plate 19 is shaped in the form of a triangular rib to keep a linear touch. In each stopper 22, stopper rapping holes 23 are formed from the rear side thereof to become weep holes. Thereby, the adherence of the shutter plate 19 caused by water droplets adhering between the shutter plate 19 and the stopper 22 is made minimum and the open operation of the shutter plate 19 can be smoothly and silently performed while the water droplets produced by dewing and the like in the support frame 15 can be drained through rapping holes 23 outside. |
