发明名称 PRODUCTION OF SUPERCONDUCTIVE LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To form the continuous layer free from a crack of a superconductor and to form the superconductor layer excellent in the superconductive characteristics such as critical temp. by making the electrodeposited layer of powder of an oxide superconductor into high density and thereafter sintering the electrodeposited layer. CONSTITUTION:Powder of an oxide superconductor is obtained e.g. by grinding a sintered body, etc. The electrodeposited layer of the powder of the oxide superconductor is pressed to make it into high density and thereafter sintered. The degree of high density of the electrodeposited layer due to pressing treatment is properly regulated to at least 60% of crystal density of the oxide superconductor especially 75-95% apparent density. As the sintering temp. of the pressed electrodeposited layer, general crystal temp. is regulated to 900-980 deg.C. Further sintering time is ordinarily regulated to 30 hours or below especially 2-20 hours. The pressed electrodeposited layer of the powder of the oxide superconductor is strongly boded and integrated by sintering time. The continuous layer free from a crack of the semiconductor is formed.
